Foundation Stunt Skills
NGB Level 3 Equivalent
You must be able to attend both zoom sessions in full
This predominantly practical course is supported by theoretical understanding and incorporates:
- Stunt technique up to and including 2 Layers & 2 High
- Proper Stunt Progressions
- Coaching Skills
- Lesson Planning & Session Structure
- Health & Safety
- Warm Up, Stretch & Cool Down Activities
- Body Preparation & Strength Training
- Choreography
Successful participants demonstrating an active understanding of the course content will receive a Foundation Stunt Skills Certificate of Qualification.
