Foundation Stunt Skills
NGB Level 3 Equivalent

You must be able to attend both zoom sessions in full

• Stunt technique up to and including 2 Layers & 2 High
• Proper Stunt Progressions
• Coaching Skills
• Lesson Planning & Session Structure
• Health & Safety
• Warm Up, Stretch & Cool Down Activities
• Body Preparation & Strength Training
• Choreography

Successful participants demonstrating an active understanding of the course content will receive a Foundation Stunt Skills Certificate of Qualification.

PLEASE NOTE TO ATTEND THIS COURSE A UKCA QUALIFICATION OF AT LEAST A LEVEL 2 FOUNDATION CHEERLEADING OR BASIC SKILLS CHEERLEADING IS REQUIRED
