NGB Level 3 Equivalent

You must be able to attend the sessions in full

The course will cover:

• • Recap of skills covered in Foundation Tumbling
  • Handsprings
  • Tumbling skills used in Cheerleading routines

Suitable for adults over 18yrs
Participants must hold the UKCA Foundation Tumbling for Cheerleaders Certificate
