Intermediate Stunt Skills
NGB Level 4 Equivalent

You must be able to attend the sessions in full

This practical and theoretical course covers:

• Physical Training Programming for Cheerleaders Coaching Skills
• Nutrition
• Health & Safety

Cheer Jump Progressions Intermediate Stunt Progressions:

• Pyramids
• Extensions
• Partner Stunts
• Basket Toss
• Twisting Mounts & Dismounts Rotational Dismounts

Participants will be required to show an understanding of and demonstrate intermediate coaching skills in a practical assessment, written examination and completion of supporting online material.

Successful participants will receive an Intermediate Stunt Skills Certificate of Qualification which enables participants to coach to International Standard.

PLEASE NOTE TO ATTEND THIS COURSE A UKCA QUALIFICATION OF AT LEAST A LEVEL 2 FOUNDATION CHEERLEADING OR BASIC SKILLS CHEERLEADING IS REQUIRED
