Foundation Tumbling Skills
NGB Level 2 Equivalent

You must be able to attend the sessions in full

An introduction to Tumbling for Cheerleaders.

This predominantly practical course is supported by theoretical understanding and incorporates:

• Coaching Skills
• Lesson Planning & Session Structure
• Health & Safety
• Warm Up, Stretch & Cool Down Activities
• Body Preparation
• Forward Roll
• Handstand
• Cartwheel
• Round-Off

Successful participants demonstrating an active understanding of the course content will receive a Foundation Tumbling Skills Certificate of Qualification.

PLEASE NOTE TO ATTEND THIS COURSE A UKCA QUALIFICATION OF AT LEAST A LEVEL 2 FOUNDATION CHEERLEADING OR BASIC SKILLS CHEERLEADING IS REQUIRED
