The Cheerleading World Championships is a biennial competition showcasing the best Cheer talent from around the globe. Athletes from many different walks of life will come together to compete at the highest level. This year is the 10th Cheerleading World Championships and the competition will be held in Takasaki, Japan, and Team UK are already in the country making their final preparations for the championships this weekend!
This year the Cheerleading World Championships 2019 will be held at Takasaki Arena, a brand new facility which opened on the 1st April 2017. The arena is conveniently located 8 minutes’ walk from JR Takasaki Station and has many hotels, restaurants, and shops located within walking distance.
The action begins on Saturday 23rd October at 10:20am local time with 2 days of competitive performances across multiple categories in 4 age groups: Masters, Senior, Junior 2 and Junior 1.
