Registration is now open for the UKCA Coach Conference Weekend 2026, taking place on 12 and 13 September 2026 at De Vere Cranage Estate, Byley Lane, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, CW4 8EW.
Join us for a practical two-day coaching weekend designed to give coaches fresh ideas, greater confidence and inspiration to take back to their teams.
The weekend will feature interactive workshops covering stunting, dance, skill progression, athlete wellbeing, programme management, coach development and the judges’ perspective. Attendees will also have opportunities to connect, exchange ideas and build relationships with coaches from across the UK cheerleading community.
Booking Options and Prices
All prices are per person.
Full conference weekend with a shared room for two people
£190 per person
Full conference weekend with a shared room for three people
£175 per person
Full conference weekend with a single room
£240 per person
This price includes the standard £190 weekend rate and a £50 single-room supplement.
Conference attendance without overnight accommodation
£150 per person
What Is Included?
Full conference weekend bookings include practical workshops, networking opportunities, refreshments, lunch, an evening meal, an overnight stay and breakfast.
Shared-Room Bookings
Each person attending must complete a separate registration form, including attendees who are sharing a room.
You can name your preferred roommate or roommates when completing the form. If you do not already have someone to share with, you may ask UKCA to match you with another attendee.
Roommate requests cannot be guaranteed. Shared-room arrangements are subject to all attendees completing their individual registration forms and paying for their bookings. If a nominated roommate does not complete or pay for their booking, UKCA will contact you to discuss the available options.
Registration and Payment
Please complete one registration form for each person attending.
After receiving your registration, UKCA will review the information and email an invoice based on your selected attendance and accommodation option. Invoices can be addressed to an individual, club, school or organisation. Bookings from the same club or organisation may also be combined into one invoice where requested.
Submitting the registration form does not confirm your place. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
