What an incredible weekend for the UKCA cheer and dance community.
On Saturday 27 June and Sunday 28 June 2026, teams from across the country came together at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester, for two days of performances, teamwork, school spirit and celebration.
From club teams to school teams, the weekend showcased the energy, dedication and community that make UKCA events so special.
Day 1: UKCA Summer Cheer & Dance Championships 2026
The weekend opened with the UKCA Summer Cheer & Dance Championships 2026 on Saturday 27 June.
Teams took to the floor across cheerleading, pom dance and urban cheer divisions, bringing strong performances, team spirit and memorable moments throughout the day.
A huge congratulations to every athlete, coach, helper and supporter who contributed to such a brilliant competition day.

Day 2: UKCA National Schools Cheer & Dance Championships 2026
On Sunday 28 June, we welcomed school teams to the UKCA National Schools Cheer & Dance Championships 2026.
The day was full of energy, teamwork and school spirit, with athletes representing their schools across cheerleading, pom dance, urban cheer and mascot showdown categories.
It was fantastic to see so many young athletes performing with confidence, pride and enthusiasm. Thank you to every school, teacher, coach, helper, parent and supporter who helped make the day so special.
