UKCA’s multi-talented and inspirational Ambassador Lauren Quigley is an ex-professional GB swimmer.
Recently she shared her ‘2 Minute Why’ video explaining a little bit more about the idea behind Quigley Swim, her latest project that aims to give back to the sport that has given her so much.

It’s a really interesting project and it’s great to see experienced athletes using their platform to help the next generation. We’ll be keeping an eye on Lauren’s posts and looking to see how we can transfer and relate to some of Lauren’s personal career experiences to the sport of Cheerleading too.
