Who is Captain Tom Moore?
Captain Tom Moore is a World War 2 veteran from West Riding of Yorkshire. He served in India and Myanmar. Weeks before his centenary birthday, Captain Tom completed 100 laps of his patio with the hopes of raising £1000 to help the National Health Service (NHS) during the coronavirus crisis. As of today (30th April 2020) his fundraising efforts have raised £30 million! Incredible!
